• Managing Body: Nemesia Academy is run by the Congregation of Sisters of Charity of St. Jeanne Antide Thouret, which originated in France in 1799. The school is named after Blessed Nemesia Valle, one of its members.

• Founder: The congregation expanded into India in 1999, with the Bangalore branch founded in 2014
